Real estate is what I do. People are why I do it.
I’m Amberlyn—a mom of seven, lifelong Hawaiʻi resident, and real estate broker. Like a lot of people here, I’ve worn a lot of different hats over the years. I’ve raised a family, learned some lessons the hard way, celebrated wins, made mistakes, and had seasons where I was figuring things out one step at a time.
Real estate is my work, but people, housing, and community are the heart of what I do.
A little about me
Behind every house, every rental, and every For Sale sign, there’s a person, a family, a goal, a challenge, and a story. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of talking story with renters, first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, sellers, property owners, and investors across Hawaiʻi Island—each with their own questions and hopes.
Real estate can feel confusing and intimidating, especially when no one has ever really explained how it works. I don’t see my job as just selling houses. For me, real estate is really about housing—helping people understand their options, stay housed, move toward homeownership if that’s right for them, or manage property in a way that’s responsible and sustainable.
My role is to slow things down, listen, and walk you through what’s happening in plain language. No pressure, no judgment—just honest guidance so you can make informed decisions about what comes next.
How I approach my work
LISTEN
Every person’s situation is different. We start with your story.
EXPLAIN
I break complicated real estate information into plain language.
EDUCATE
You deserve to understand your options before you make a decision.
GUIDE
I help you see what your next step could look like—without pushing you into it.

Wherever you are in the process, understanding comes first.
I’m a mom of seven, and raising a big family has shaped how I think about home, stability, responsibility, and community. I know what it feels like to juggle real-life decisions, budgets, and timelines while trying to make the best choices for the people you love. Housing is a big part of that story.
You don’t have to know all the answers before you start asking questions. Whether you’re renting, buying, selling, managing property, or simply trying to understand your options, my hope is that you leave here knowing a little more than you did when you arrived.
Keep asking questions. Keep learning. We’re going to figure this out together.
